Super Visa
The Super Visa is a special visa program designed for parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents, allowing them to visit their family in Canada for extended periods. Unlike a regular visitor visa, the Super Visa enables eligible parents and grandparents to stay in Canada for up to five years at a time without the need to renew their status. Effective July 4, 2022, this period can be extended to a total of seven years.
The Super Visa is valid for up to 10 years, providing multiple entries into Canada during that time. The program is an excellent option for families who wish to spend more time together while ensuring that their loved ones can remain in Canada for longer durations without the hassle of frequent renewals.
Visa Extension
